All Out War started in 1991 as a middle finger to everything. To all the bands who were trying to be grunge or who were trying to make it big or who turned their back on the scene, All Out War was a hardcore band and nothing else. They released their first album in 1997 and since then have released five more. They tour a bunch. They are still doing it.
