Compaq was a computer company founded in 1982 who notably created some of the first IBM PC compatible computers. Compaq spent a decade as one of the most successful computer companies before being acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2002. The brand was discontinued in 2013. This vintage  Compaq hat, lightly worn with a few light marks and discoloration, is from those early days when Compaq ruled the computer world.
