This poster was designed for an Andy Warhol film festival put on by Filmstudio 70, an Italian club-cinema established in 1967. Filmstudio 70 was an independent film society/theater dedicated to "the cradle of the cinematographic avant-garde and militant experimental cinema." They would host frequent festivals, screenings and panels about various independent, avant-garde, feminist, and radical filmmakers and films from all around the world. This Warhol event showed several of the artist's films in July 1970. The poster was designed by Italian designer Giuliano Vittori. The poster shows significant wear, with some staining and mild tearing throughout. There is also residue from tape at the top, and an Italian 20 lire stamp near the top.
